Found this ridiculous toucan sketch buried deep in my files. This is what happens when clients tell you to keep making the beak BIGGER!
Ultimately, I did not present this sketch to the clients. Which I think was probably for the best.
Taking a break while working on a logo project. Not entirely sure what possessed me to draw this.
In case you don’t need inspiration, necessarily, but need some reassurance that you are not a disaster.

Sewing machine icon that I created for a logo design… but I decided it didn’t fit in with the project and didn’t present it to the client. I still liked the little illustration; it just wasn’t right for that particular job.
Something for you bird lovers out there. Also for those of you who like to play “one of these things is not like the others” aka spot the obviously fake bird.
Quick sketch colored in Photoshop. I think I like the border more than anything else.
My version of an inspirational poster with a bunch of different fonts. Some hand lettering too. The swirly swashes are all hand done, too, of course, and are in desperate need of cleaning up. It was fun to do, though.
New black and white piece for my portfolio. Pencil and digital color.
Birch trees at night. If you take the previous snowy woods scene and invert it, you end up with a nighttime birch trees scene. Photoshop magic!
